Travel back in time to the roaring twenties when Tulsa was in the oil boom heydays with a stay at this renovated 1920?s home in the historic Swan Lake neighborhood of mid-town Tulsa. The Inn faces beautiful Woodward Park, a favorite of photographers and brides. The park is especially beautiful when the azaleas are in bloom. It is an ideal spot for a picnic with the Rose Garden and the Linneaus Teaching Garden directly behind the park. The Philbrook Museum is south of the park. The new BOK Center Arena and Tulsa Performing Arts Center are located nearby. The Inn features a charming light-filled sunroom located upstairs where guests can interact, play board games, enjoy light refreshments or pick a book or movie to enjoy in their room. From Wichita, KS Take I-35 South to Exit 194A US412 East proceed 84.2 miles, Merge onto I-244 West/US64 East/SH 51 East exit left on Exit 4B toward Broken Arrow US64 East/SH51, East proceed 1.9 miles take Utica Ave., Exit turn right on Utica Ave at light proceed .6 mile turn right on 21st Street third light, proceed .1 mile to 1521 E 21st Street 2nd house on right past St Louis Ave. From Joplin, MO Take I-44 West to Tulsa Exit 231 US 64 West/SH 51 West towards Sand Springs 3.4 miles take 21st Street Exit, turn left on the 21st Street proceed 1.2 miles to 1521 E 21st Street 2nd house on right past St Louis Ave for the Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast. From Springdale, AR Take US 412 West to Tulsa take I-44 West Exit 231 US 64 West/SH 51 West towards Sand Springs 3.4 miles take the 21st Street Exit, turn left on 21st Street proceed 1.2 miles to 1521 E 21st Street 2nd house on right past St Louis Ave. From Fort Smith, AR Take I-40 West to Exit 286 Muskogee Turnpike to Tulsa turns into SH51 West continue toward Downtown Tulsa take the 21st Street Exit turn left on 21st Street proceed 1.2 miles to 1521 E 21st Street 2nd house on right past St Louis Ave.

  Check-in at our Tulsa Bed and Breakfast is between 3 PM and 7 PM. Please call if you will be late. Check out is 11 AM. All rooms are single or double occupancy. The Oklahoma Bed and Breakfast Inn cannot accommodate children under twelve. Pets are at our discretion. There are pets on the premises. This is a Non-smoking Inn. There is a covered outdoor seating area for our smoking guests. A valid credit card or 100% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellations must be 7 days or more in advance.
