application to become full members, requested a quality review

and agree to a quality review at 1 year and then every 2 years

 thereafter.    There are excellent benefits to being a member

Cost is:

       One time Application Fee   $15

       Quality Review                   $50

       Annual Membership Fee     $150 plus $5 per room. 

(ex.   5 room Inn is $150 + $25)
